FAQ deliveries
We currently only deliver to the Benelux, France and Germany. However, we are constantly working to expand our delivery areas, so stay tuned for any updates!
After placing an order and receiving payment, we will do everything we can to ship your order within 5 working days. Please note that actual delivery time may vary depending on various factors (disasters, strikes...).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track the progress of your package. This will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
Although we will do our best to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time, unforeseen delays may sometimes occur. If your order does not arrive within the expected time, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue and get your order to you as quickly as possible.
