FAQ Returns
We understand that it is sometimes necessary to return an item, which is why we have created our returns policy to make the process as smooth as possible.
Standard Clothing (STD): We offer a return option for standard clothing. However, we strive for ecology and sustainability, which is why we do not actively encourage the return of purchased goods. We believe that reducing energy loss and unnecessary pollution is crucial for a more sustainable future.
Made-to-measure clothing (MTM): Custom-made clothing is made specifically according to the customer's requirements and therefore cannot be sold to other customers. For this reason, we cannot accept returns on custom-made clothing.
Returns Procedure: All returns will be shipped at the customer's expense. To return an item, please contact us. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition and properly packaged. More info
